Construction Activities

Major phases of construction include to following:

• Demo of existing building and site hardscape

• Excavation and grading

• Underground utilities

• Relocation of fire hydrant

• Form and pour concrete for foundation and 2 concrete podium levels

• Five stories of vertical wood framing including exterior and interior finishes

• Site improvements include landscaping, new sidewalk, etc.

• Daily construction activities: expect the use of hand tools(hammers, drills, etc.) Hauling and hoisting of material. General

  construction equipment that will be in use at various times during construction will include bobcats, backhoes, lift equipment,

  mobile crane and a variety of other equipment which will be added to this site as site logistics are completed.

Anticipated General Schedule

• Construction/demo start: September 2025

• Completion: May/June 2027

Daily Construction Schedule

• Work will commence 7am - 6pm Monday through Friday

• Project is approved for Saturday work 9am - 4pm, no work on Sunday
